ILR APPROVED ACCELERATED ROUTE 10 EMPLOYEES

By the Grace of Allah the Almighty my ilr has been approved.
3 months and 1 week.
myself and 4 dependents

application sent on 25 February 2015
Bio letter on 25 March 2015
Bio done 26 March 2015
Decision letter dated June 1
Decision received June 2
BRP: Waiting

Accelerated route on the basis of 10 employees.
not VAT registered
Investment was not made in lump sum… but over three years.
Combined had over 19000 hours for settled employees.
I provided loads and loads of documentation. Applied through a solicitor. They sent a set of copies for each and every single page for the home office to keep. Which I believe helped the case worker.
Employees are on minimum wage
Also sent photographs.
Had to send in additional documents as after sending the pack I was advised by a fellow member to send some more important documents:

Compilation reports
200k was invested as share certificate. plus additional invested was made as a director loan.

all of the above were signed by me on every page.
I also sent in photographs printed on paper of both my shops, of renovation and all equipment.
I took over an existing business. But the company was my own new company. Therefore didn't show anything related to buying an existing business.
I did pay some good will but mostly was for equipment and lease.

46. Employee pack containing a summary sheet confirming their employment details, a passport copy confirming they are settled workers, all HMRC Employee Payment Records (p11), a p45 or p46, their employment contract and payslips covering the full period of employment for each employee

@ sajjuz congratulations. There are lots of unnecessary documents in your list but it doesn't matter as caseworkers would have put them aside when treating your application with the most important documents.

But well done for a good job.

Congratulations.

But yes, tons of documents which are not required at all.

But I understand that people get nervous about NOT missing something, and in the process submit anything and everything, even if it is not remotely required.

Also did you submit director loan agreement? If not how did you prove your investment?

and could you advise what format for director laon you use or any covering letter.

In your company accounts there should have been a payment made to an owner of an existing business that you took over. How did you manage not showing it?
