What happen's with the home office
Very True. Someone once said, more than half our life time is spent waiting for things. I realise how true this is.mktemi75 wrote:Hello mbxah8iraqi,mbxah8iraqi wrote:Hi guys

May is moving but moving very slowly, there has been about 6 MAY applicants who have received their RC but majority still waiting.
Hopefully there will be good news in the next few weeks fingers crossed. I also submitted on the 7th of May and still waiting.
good luck to all

BIG CONGRATS DAFELARE!dafelare wrote:Dear All,
I have fantastic news, our documents arrived today along with the letter from the HO saying that the RC will arrive in the next 10 working days.
We applied on the 20th May and received the COA 10th June. No Interviews, no home visits, no contact at all.
To all of you that are still waiting I wish you the best of luck, and thanks to everyone that takes the time to post on this forum it is a fantastic thing to see people come together and help each other through this. I have to say it really helped me a lot and kept my hopes up during the long wait.
Good luck to you all!
If you dondt get right to apeal, you have right to reconsideration.fazalkhan2015 wrote:My first EEA2 EFM application was refused with 2 points which was
minor points. I have given last time appeal right. I appealed to
the tribunal and i requested paper decision and they dismissed my
appeal.
i should go for the oral hearing but my mistake i did not.
Now my second application is in process with home office since
couple of months. last time they decided within 10 weeks but this
time they took nearly 18 weeks but not result.
Main question is now
if my second application refused with any other reason ( Will i get
the right of appeal or not)
Yours sincerely,

Does anyone know how long it takes HO to react on complaint email, or what happens after the email, if it happens at all. Or any advise please. I've sent yesterday complaint email about my EEA wife's passport. We asked passport back 22.09.15 and have not heard anything about it.
Thank you all

Yours sincerely,
can you please say more about what was the reason of refusal? you wrote "last time they decided within 10 weeks but this time they took nearly 18 weeks but not result" do ou mean that Home office decided your apeal in 10 weeks, or your EEA application?
For convenience refusal, only remedy is to appeal.gullposh wrote:BAD NEWS........
