SOC 2136 to 2134

hi,

I got sponsored in April 2013 after being on PSW for 2 years. My sponsor is A rated. My Current Tier 2 visa is on 2136 SOC code which is for software developer, if my company now promote me to team leader (2134), do they need to do a RLMT test for me ? as my visa going to expire soon (April 2016) as well ?

Also can i stay on same visa or I must need to apply again ?

If your role changes so that your SoC has changed, yes, they will need to conduct an RLMT.
