Getting passport after visa refusal

My visa was rejected earlier in 2013 June.
Now Ive been granted visa under flr fp.
I've made online request for my passport. But not sure if I've to contact local enforcement because the refusal letter said the case was transferred to local enforcement.
Pls help

Today I've made a foi request and also sent email to local MP.
Then tomorrow I'm writing to my recent caseworker who granted me visa. So will let you all know in what way I retrievedpassports.It might be helpful for someone like me out there.

Quick update
I got my passport from ho on Nov 6th fri letter dated Nov 4th.
Sent by the same case worker who granted me current leave.
So the letter to caseworker worked.
Same time my MP wrote a letter on 4th Nov to ho. I received its copy on 10th Nov.
But ho returned before Mp's letter.Will see Mps letter and then will reply document already sent. I informed MP that I got passports back and I thanked MP by email.
No use of Foi request.
