I am asking this on behalf of my friend.

She has recieved a refusal for her human rights application and it has been certified and she can only appeal when she leaves the UK. She is very upset.
she came here when she was 13 and her family members have gotten leave to remain and the decision said that her family can go back with her and also because for a while she was not living with them that she can live independent life in her country.

can you please give her some advise as to what she can do nnext? She also has to report monthly.

How old is your friend now?

Certificate can only be challenged via juducial review.

She is 24 and came here in april 2004
