I am due to apply for my tier 2 general Extension this month. i need a query resolved.
I had a speeding ticket in april 2014. it was a 30mph zone and i drove at 49, however it was an emergency. Anyways i got a Fine + 3 points on my counterpart. this is my first offence never have i broken any laws or applied fo any benefits.
there is a question which asks you in the https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk . this is where i am filling the form. that
Do you have any of the following, in the UK or in a different country?
A criminal conviction, at any time
A driving offence, at any time, eg for speeding or no insurance
I was arrested and charged, and I am currently on or awaiting trial
A caution, warning, reprimand or fixed penalty notice
A court judgment, eg for debt
A fine for breaking UK immigration law (called a 'civil penalty')
So will i have to mention my points, as i have read previous topics and some have said no. i am a bit confused.
