1. Read this topic.
2. Read the Tier 2 policy guidance.
3. Read the application form (and the guidance at the end of it).

Steps:
1. Get a CoS from your employer.
2. Pay IHS and apply, online.
3. Include all the necessary documentary evidences as mentioned in the policy guidance and application form.
4. Apply by post or at a PSC. If using the latter, you may use a paper form but will still need to pay IHS online.

How did you satisfy the English language requirements when you applied for the first time? Use the same evidence.

I am satisfied with my English language requirement that i applied last 2010, I just wonder if their is any expiration of the said English.
Do i need to pay for IHS this time? This is my 4th time to renew my visa. (I am sorry for asking this because I was help by a solicitor in my previous application.)

1. Answer available in the Tier 2 policy guidance.
2. Click on the link (IHS) in my response above, read the information there, use the link "Calculate how much you’ll have to pay" given under "How much you have to pay".

Hi there,
How come you are renewing for Tier 2 for the 4th time?
Isn't Tier 2 suppose to be renewed only twice?

Thanks

Tier 2 application...confused. please help

Post by Tesha_villareal » Thu Dec 10, 2015 12:51 am

hi
I am applying for a renewal of my BRP (tier 2). I just want to ask regarding my application in tier 2.

Section L-attributes

L 1a. Are you applying to do a job on the shortage occupation list?
Yes
No

I'm a bit confuse what to answer on this part because the first time I apply for my BRP my job was on the shortage occupation list but then this time it wasn't on the list anymore. Should I answer YES?

L1b. Are you applying for more than three years leave?
Yes
No

In this part I'm not quite sure what to answer. I've been here for almost 4 years and 9 months and I need another 3 months to complete my 5 years of staying in the UK. My employer issued a COS for 1 year.
so is that mean Yes?

Thank you for your time :) :)
