BRP Card has not recieved Yet!!!

Hi Experts please help me

I have switched my tier 2 dependent visa to T2g visa and came back to UK on last Friday. My BRP letter says I can collect my BRP card from 14th oct 2015 from the post office and I have visited post office 3 times already but they said the card has not arrived yet?

I even emailed to the brp collections team yesterday but haven't heard anything back from them.

M<y vignette visa is only valid upto 6th Nov and my days will end by this weekend, I don't know now what to do. if any one have similar experience or any one have any idea what to do please share

What is T2g visa i.e. Tier 2 (General) visa
