Fine vinny I clearly understand you that this there own country right so no any human right can go against it
I choose and wait till 2019 rather than waist 1000£ for nothing or may they change the law next year we see
Till then or wait for other EEA family that already apply with new forms outcome to no what to do but at the moments I keep everything and get visa to any where I want to go till 2019 November to apply and by then they will out of EU

interesting topic! bokula1 is rasing a good point here, EU family member applying for a recident card are not asked about there status in the country so how would HO get a record of the EU family member pass immigration status if he/she was illegal? ??

thank you everyone for your support, I have received my success letter today and waiting for invitation letter to come through. I will like to say that the risk has finally paid off in a good way. for does of you who has been in the same situation because for the advice you get from NCS staff or from some member here. my case should be your answer. and I pray God we see you all through when you apply for citizenship.

just what after my application.
I received a letter on the 13/10/2015 asking me to provide evidence that I am make a regular payment on my CCJ. later was dated 09/10/2015. sent the evidence on the 14/10/2015.

received my success letter 26/10/2015 was dated 09/10/2015.

same date on both letter. my question is this why the HO asked for this evidence while the application has already been granted and was taking long to reach me?

I hope this information will help other as well. good luck to does waiting and does who are about to apply.

My fellow forum member I wan t to update you on our argument on June regarding
NCS on tiggerman application which I make everyone aware that NCs is wrong to give wrong information to tiggerman and also to make you no that eea and there family member free from the 10 year restrict so now tiggerman is giving glory to almighty God as he arquir is naturalization yesterday so is better we encourage each other not to discourage

Although your application was approved however HO may be looking for a reason to refuse application in case of not paying CCJ payments in time. Therefore HO held the approval until u supplied evidence of CCJ payments.
