Online appointment

Hey guys,
I just want to know where you need to submit your passport?
Is it when you get an appointment when you fill in online application form or do we need to make a separate appointment with gerry's?

When you fill in the online application form it will automatically make you book an appointment at Gerrys. You need to take appointment letter, passport and a couple of passport size photos.

One more thing my husband got an appointment for next week and in the email which they have sent him says that he needs to bring all the supporting documents but i have all the documents which I'm going to send it to Sheffield. Is that normal or will they ask him for the supporting documents?

Zoon, it's an old email format. Your husband need to take a copy of printed online form with signatures, at least 4 passport size photographs (4 on the safe side) and original passport. Ask him to send you signed copy of printed application form and 2 passport size photographs which you then need to send to Sheffield along with other documents which you already have.

Yes take these just in case, but most likely they will just tell you don't need to
