Recorded envolope for return

Good evening

I need some advise please.

When you send in your application for NTL with your passport by post, do you also enclude a Royal Mail Signed For envelope for the Home Office to return your passport?

You can but it is not compulsory. It is an applicants choice to do it but most people include a Special Delivery envelope to ensure their documents are returned more safely.
