First Accounts submission to Company house

Hi Friends
Can some one advise me about the accounts to submit to company house, My accountant's figures are different than I have given him detail of income and expenses.
2- And is there is no any requirement that I should put 50K in business account in first year. Cause my Accountant said you need to dispose money in first year of the visa.. I have put only 28K and rest of money I will put in 2nd year of Visa.
I am on PSW route 50K, visa obtained in November 2014 transitional route)
