Spouse Visa

Post by Johnandtracy » Tue Nov 03, 2015 9:41 am

Hi,
My fiancee lives in Uganda, and I am from UK.
We desire to get married in months to come in Uganda, and then hopefully apply for a spouse visa.
Currently I receive PIP so wouldn't have to prove funds. Can I still be working part time and full time and still validate for not proving funds as I still would receive PIP?
What documents are required for a successful visa application, and would it be recommend to pay for services that represent you to the visa office?
Does anyone know of any organisations that are reasonably priced, as the one I contacted was very expensive.
Thanks,
John
