You will be fine with less than 12 payslips as long as you earn enough points for your earning in a consecutive 12 months period.by AleemILR » Wed Nov 04, 2015 11:18 am
Good Morning,
I have to apply for ILR in coming December.
1. I have query that "Do I need to show complete 12 months salary slips for ILR"
2. Actually I need to show above 40k and I got this salary in ten months. Is it ok for me to show ten months salary???

I put this another thread as well but didn't get answers so far but I am confused about following:
34SD - Specified documents
The specified documents referred to in paragraph 134(v) are A, B and C below:
A. Either a payslip and a personal bank or building society statement, or a payslip and a
building society pass book.
(a) Payslips must be:
(i) the applicant's most recent payslip,
(ii) dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application, and
The above is from the ILR rules and my understanding is that it's talking about latest payslip must not be one month old. Please correct me if wrong?
Thanks
