I have searched the net but couldn't find any information. are the rules really change on january?if so, does anyone know what the new rules will be?

Hi,

I don't think any one knows about changes planned in 2008. HO will announce Q1 2008 and ask us to satisfy the requirement from the same day.

IELTS is going to be made mandatory along with a personal interview
where you will be required to go for fingerprinting & scanning.
Bottom-line: It is going to get more complicated soon!
