Apply for my wife's dependant visa just with ILR approval?

Can I apply for my wife's PBS dependant visa with my ILR approval letter? I got my ILR approval, but still waiting for BRP, her visa expiring in 2days.

I think so, I mean they have granted your visa and the BRP is the document to prove it. May be a senior member can confirm this.
