Has anyone recently filled the ukvi form in for update, and received a responder saying yet to be assessed?

I wanted to know if it also mentions something about the British high commission? :?:

Thank you. At first they didn't give us a proper reason of why they rejected as I based it on my savings. After the second time they rejected they told us that I didn't give the savings account statement. (This only comes yearly).

In court the ECO never came! So it was me and the judge. The judge basically said that the savings account wasn't really important and it was their mistake. After the 2 weeks the judge accepted the visa.

I've a question for people had visa granted and non granted and who applied when ihs payment included in application.

When u login at visa4uk what are your stats?

Are you able to click anything on your application or all options non selectable... If u ihs refunded.... what does the ihs button look like now?

wsalam sorry to hear ur rejection
may allah make it easy inshaAllah. well appealing takes time if it list for hearing. for getting decision overturned i think ECO have 28 days to take overturned or send bundle back for court hearing.
yes appeal submission is better from UK with covering all the rejected points
ppl got refused bcos of missinlips etc but i have a questions if u dont mind
why eco said that its not look like family realtionship why he not satisfied with ur relation what proves and ongoing communication documents did you attach with ur application ?

They are doing this, they bin the payslips or bank statements and send refusal letter just to delay the process and keep their visa approval statistics low , it has happened with many people . Why they don't believe your relationship is not genuine ?? Have you provided the marriage certificate and other subsisting documents ??

thanks
