ILR and C Tax

Post by moonshri » Fri Nov 06, 2015 11:33 pm

Hi,
My husband changed his visa from Tier-4 to ilr yesterday on long residence basis. I am on tier-4 dependant visa. At moment, I work full time and he works 20 hrs/week and does full time study. After his ILR , are we eligible for council tax discount as he is still in full time study but not on tier-4 visa?

Should be ok but you will need to contact the Council and ask as not sure if there are slightly different rules if you are working full time.
