discretionary leave to remain

Hello
I would like to know if i need the minimum income requirement for discretionary leave to remain article 8 family and private life and how does it work and any advice about that will be apreciated
my case I am married to dual british irish citizen that she was born in london and she doesnt earn the minimum income requirement 18600
me I am here on a student visa tier 4 my school was revoked and my leave was shortened to the 18 of december 2015
any information and help will be appreciated

Well there may be a case , provided family like exist and you are playing a role in that child's upbringing.

and even my wife got a lifelasting health problem can i use that aswell the only one worry is the minimum income requirement

If you wife is receiving DLA or PIP benefits, then she wouldn't have to meet the £18,600 to be able to sponsor you as she can use the lower calculations under the old rules.

Have you been working in the UK? As you are here on a visa, you can combine incomes...

No I dont have right to work thats the problem I am only here in a student visa and my school was revoked

I am saying you may have a case , if you present it well and use FLR (FP) application..
