Evidence of English for FLR (M)

Hello

I'm helping my cousing with her FLR M application and need some help please.

She applied pre 9 July 2012 for spouse visa, she is in the UK and her Visa will expire on 15/11/2015. She is appying for FLR as she does not have B1 English and Life in the UK.

For the initial spouse visa she did A1 City &Guids which was fine.

What I want know is does she need to submit these certificates for FLR application.

On pge 60 of the FLR form there is the following option:

If you are not including this because you provided it with your previous successful application
for leave with your partner in this category, or leave as a parent please tick this box; or

I just want confirmtation that she does not need to submit same certificates again as they were used and ok for the initial spouse visa application.
