Hi Guys,
Please help me to get the right direction
I got ILR on 10 years long residence basis in August 2015.
I was on Tier1 but changed the route to 10 years long residence.
My wife came on Tier 1 spouse Visa in May 2013
We have a baby, born in sept 2015 already got British passport
I need to renew her visa.
Do I need to fill FLR(M) form for her?
Her visa will expire on 30th March 2016. We want to travel soon out of UK. Is it OK?
Can I apply for her FLR (M) visa in March 2016 or I had to apply before travelling to outside of UK?
Is it true that My Wife's timeline to get ILR will start from the scratch now and will fall in 5 year route
My income is £35k, do I need to show maintenance fund for £900 for 3 consecutive month or last month account with sufficient fund will be suffice
