Section 3.2 of SET (LR)

What should I tick in 3.2 of set(lr) application. I pass life in uk test and have a uk master degree?
Should I tick NO?

To be ignored since you have obtained the relevant qualifications -

If you have not obtained one of the relevant qualifications

You should tick this in 3.1

- the qualification was taught or researched in the UK or a majority English speaking country (other than Canada); OR
