Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) refund

Hi,

I applied for my Tier 2 General extension back in Sept and now I have successfully received my application back.

During the time of my application, I paid the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) incorrectly and realise it immediately after paying it. So I submitted my Visa Application with a correct Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) (Paid second time)

Now I want to try and get the refund for incorrect IHS amount i paid for the first time.

Can anyone tell me where I can contact (Email or Phone number)

I am not able to get the refund option from the application (as mentioned on the IHS website)

If you paid the healthcare surcharge twice
If you paid the healthcare surcharge from inside the UK, request a refund using the payment service you used to make your first payment.

Sorry but the statement is not clear for me.

Do I need to Contact IHS, through the web application form I used ?

Or Do I need to contact WorldPay to whom actually the payment was made ?

If you read in the first link I provided, it gives a link for "first payment" in the quote I provided. If you log in, there should be an option to request a refund.

Many users on the forum do not have experience with IHS, myself included, so I do not have a registered account for it.

Thanks for your help, but still after signing in the application I cannot see any link for Refunds

I am just wondering if any one got refund of NHS surcharge by the same link of payment the fees.
I can't see any option of refund from that link. and UKBA is advising different time slots of refunding the money.

i am facing the same issue. Hopefully someone must have received an refund and will pop on this thread to answer our query.
