Hi,

I arrived here in UK in Mar 2011 under Tier 2 ICT - Leave to remain. I am trying to understand the ILR eligibility. I am on an extendable VISA and the current end date is Mar 2017.

Kindly advise.

Hi,

If you are still in Tier 2 ICT(Established Staff), you will be eligible for ILR only when you switch to Tier 2 General and stay in UK for 5 years.

This is one of the options and there could be other options.

Agree with Ramv.

The only other option is to apply under long residence concessions after having 10 years legal stay... This can be with any combinations of category (Tier 2 ICT, Tier 2 Gen, Tier 4 etc....)
