Hi All,
http://ec-hsmp.blogspot.com/2007/11/ec- ... -hsmp.html
1. Mention in your EC covering letter give detail explanation about points
you have claimed for HSMP Previous earining.
2. Apply for EC as soon as you get your HSMP Approval Letter. As If it get rejected you can appeal so that you have enough time for appeal.
If appeal decision don't come under your favour. You have sufficient time
to overcome those points on which rejection happened.
Infact you will save your money. Also if you are appealling sent only copy of documents which you feel support you grounds
3.Do you issue post dated visas?
Yes, up to maximum three months. You need to mention in the application form the date you intend to arrive in the UK. You may also submit a covering letter requesting the Visa Officer for a post dated visa. An applicant must make VFS aware of an intention to travel later. A stamp is placed on the front face of the Visa Application Form to alert the visa officer of your plan
Thanks
Gaurav
