IELTS

Post by saljav » Wed Nov 11, 2015 12:52 pm

Hi All,
Just need some help. My wife who currently hold ILR will apply in near future for BC. She has passed IELTS (academic) with a score of 7 in Jan 2009. Does IELTS fall in B1 CERF category and whether the test given in 2009 still valid to be used. Btw she got her ILR in sept 2013.

If it isn't on the approved list, she will need to re-take a B1 level test

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
