British citizenship/overstayer

Post by yesenia » Tue Nov 20, 2007 4:37 pm

Hi, out of curiosity, in the form AN application for naturalisation question 1.29-1.34 asks about the details of the husband, partner, etc. Is it possible that somebody can have their application refused because of partner have overstayed? Would they go that deep or not?.

Any ideas

Thanks so much

No, there would be no bearing - unless something unlawful has occured and the Home Office think you have been a party to it.
