UK Police clearance report for Srilankan dual citizenship?

Hi everyone,
I'm a British citizen applying for a Sri-Lankan citizenship and one of the needed documents is a Police report but nothing specific is mentioned about the type.

Does anyone know where I can apply for the correct clearance report? I went to the police station today and was given an application form for a report which would cost £10 but the person wasn't sure if this was the one I'd need for my purpose. I've also come across an online Police certificate application on the ACRO site for £45.

Does anyone know if either one of these is the correct one or if it's something else?
