Tier 5 Charity worker dependents

Do anyone know if dependents of Tier 5 charity working visa holder are allowed to work?

Are there any restrictions?

This is another example of the gov.uk website being hopeless. It doesn't say.

I rang the service and they email me the answer to my question: " you should be able to work and/or study while your are in the uk under a tier 5 PBS Dependant visa"

It's the word "should" that worries me now!

You shouldn't be worried. You would be able to work.
