Post by sabrina006 » Thu Nov 19, 2015 7:22 pm

Dear All
I was overstayer in 2014 for an year because my application was pending in ukba which i didnt get appeal rights,i came back immediately after court decision in my own expense.I am shattered because i left my bf up there.he have got ILR and pending application for British citizenship for which reason he can not travel to back home..I am really feeling apart without him.My 1yr ban will finish in April.I would like to make an application for visit visa.Do you think is it going to be acceptable ? i doubt about the ukba rules.Could you please advice me .Thanks in advance
