Hi can you post the questionnaire in the forum. So other members can benefits from it.
Are you married or unmarried?
I will give you 2 advice
1. Cancel your interview if you cancel it obviously you will get refusal than appeal and go to court and argue with them there infront of judge.
2. Contact your local MP.

most cases refused after interview. I seen one applicant has detained as well for a couple of weeks because of some questions didn't match.
Good luck

I received my Residence card this morning. :D

I requested my passport back on 26 October and got it on 14 November.
My husband terminated by this company last Tuesday (10 Nov) and HO called his company on 17 November then found out this.

The caseworker called me to double check whether is it true. I told her that I called the HO helpline but they told me I don’t have to inform HO about my husband job status. So, I asked her whether this will affect my application then she checked with her manager. The answer was positive because my husband terminated by his company is out of his control and we (my daughter and I) moved to the UK while he has a work so it won’t affect my application. HO will base on the job info we submitted during the application. I also highlighted to her that I didn’t receive my COA after enrolled my biometrics and I will move out from current place in beginning of December. In fact, my COA letter was sent out on 25 October but I didn’t receive it. Maybe it is missing again. She told me don’t worry about it and I would be able to receive my COA before beginning of December 2015. This casework is very polite and nice.

I never expected I receive my Residence card this morning. I am kind of relief now and feeling lucky this casework is very efficient.

My timeline as follows:

Application Sent: 25 August
HO Received The Application: 26 August
Payment Deduct from bank account: 28 August (Fees for my husband and I)
An email sent to my husband to acknowledge received his application: 4 September 2015 (Our applications were sent in together)
Biometric letter dated/received/biometrics enrolled: 30 September /12 October/12 October
Requested Passport Back: 26 October
Received Passport: 14 November
HO called Husband’s Company: 17 November
Received RC: 19 November

[quote="lguimaraes"]Hello how are you?
My name is Leandro, I'm a non-EEA. I read about your application on the forum. I'm sorry for your case is taking that long!! I also saw other 2 cases of unmarried partners that is struggling to get the visa.

I came to England in August of 2015... I used to live with my partner (german national) in Ireland for 5 years. My partner works in a international company and was reallocated to London, due to this change I had to apply as a unmarried partner via EEA-EFM form to live in the country.

We applied on the 14/8/2015, and on the 26/8 I sent the biometric info on the PO, and haven't heard since!!!

I sent together with the application my 5 years visa from Ireland (Stamp 4 EUFam) and the Irish immigraton letter with the approval of my citizenship given in 2013. plus every possible documentation, old and new ones! It is being more than 3 months just waiting, this is depressing, you feel like a shit and useless!

Could you tell me your timelime since you applied? I want to have an idea about time!

I'm thinking to get some advice with SOLVIT http://ec.europa.eu/solvit/index_en.htm

I think in your case it should be worth!

Thanks!!

Hi Leandro :) thank you very much for your concern .. well the standard time of Home Office in giving the Residence Card is around 5 months.. But totally depends on the complexity of case.. The way you have described your case I do not think you will have any problem in getting your visa...
my case was different as I applied twice as unmarried partner which they refused due to silly reasons but now that we have got married we are just annoyed that with all the evidence they have they are still keeping it too long... but since you have so much evidences I think it will be alright with you..
I wanted to ask did you get your Certificate of Application, or did you just get your Biometrics?

My Current Timeline is: I sent My Application on 15/06/15, and got Biometrics on 24/06/15,and then later on my COA wth Right to Work on 17/07/15 and i am waiting since then..
the first Application i sent was on 5th of june 2014 which was refused twice.

what I can Advice you at the moment is to wait for 6 months and then go for Solve it..

Hi WADEY 32 This is my first applied Residence Card. I guess is because many supporting documents were submitted and have a 16 months old daughter holding EU passport. Not too sure what is the actual reason. What was the reason they rejected your 1st Residence Card application?
We also have 2 children my first application wasn't rejected it ran out in July this year
Hi WADEY 32. Do you mind to share with me what are the procedure to get the second residence card? Is it the same? I thought after got the 5 years of Residence Card and you can apply PR?

the first Application i sent was on 5th of june 2014 which was refused twice.

what I can Advice you at the moment is to wait for 6 months and then go for Solve it..

Hiii, thanks for your reply!

So as I am not EEA and we are not married, I didn't receive the COA with right to work. I just received by post an Acknowledgement letter together with the request for the biometric.

I'm worried to wait for 6 months and then they say it was not approved because of any little 'crap', although we submitted documentation of almost 6 yeas of relationship, same address, photos, irish visa, travels etc.. How long were you together when you got your first refusal?

thanks!

Hi WADEY 32 This is my first applied Residence Card. I guess is because many supporting documents were submitted and have a 16 months old daughter holding EU passport. Not too sure what is the actual reason. What was the reason they rejected your 1st Residence Card application?
We also have 2 children my first application wasn't rejected it ran out in July this year
Hi WADEY 32. Do you mind to share with me what are the procedure to get the second residence card? Is it the same? I thought after got the 5 years of Residence Card and you can apply PR?

Congratulations elizsky I've applied the day after you I am so excited n checking my letterbox everyday
