Hello
I am from morocco and married to a dual irish british citizen
my wife doesnt meet the minimum income requirement (18600)
she got two kids a son and daughter
i want to apply for discretionary leave to remain under article 8
can i still apply even she get benefit and she doesnt earn 18600 as a gross profit yearly that
i still have only one month on my visa
