On what basis are you making the application. 3 year of marriage to Irish Citizen or 5 years residence. No break in your 5 years residence?gorgeous wrote:Hi guys,
Do you know any good lawyer to refer for naturalisation? Just for documents check and some queries as well.
Thanks!
The answer is yes. The problem is that he has not lived in Ireland for 5 years and therefore citizenship may not be possible.gorgeous wrote:Thank you for that! Much appreciated.
If he applies for the naturalisation and gets it, can I apply for mine as being in a civil partnership to an Irish national, instead of an EU?
Or they won't allow it, since they can allow that he just become Irish citizen?
Does it make any difference being born in Ireland and getting the naturalisation?

You're the best Obie!Obie wrote:The form ask you to provide 3 proofs for each year, not for each addresses you lived in a year.
You can provide 3 proof from 3 different address you resided in that year.
