T2 paper application form 04/15

Hi all,

looks like the form has been withdrawn from 12th November. I am greatly confused what in this brilliance should a client now do, who already has a standalone appointment booked for Tier 2 on 4th December?
12th November + 21 days = 3rd December, the best I can count.

That's a rethoric question, I will figure it out - but if anyone has seen any sort of memo or official notice about it, please share.

Meanwhile, does anyone have a PDF of a 04/15 version of the form, without the word ARCHIVED photoshoped across it?

I have the same problem, I have standalone appointment booked for Tier 2 on 1st.Dec. What one should do in this case? I cannot find the 04/15 version of the form. Please help!

Thanks for the Form. I am still in doubt as I booked my appointment only yesterday.


Now that I read this I think I'll have to cancel my appointment and the NHS and get a refund and start an online application .

Tier 2 – Premium Service Centre (PSC) customers

The Tier 2 paper application form, for PSC use only, will be removed from www.gov.uk along with the standalone appointment booking function.
Tier 2 premium customers can now submit applications and book PSC appointments online at www.gov.uk.

Hi, why is the fees £1051 in the pdf form for Tier 2 General ?!

Shouldn't it be £651 ?? as per https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/overview

update: Sorry just realized the form is for in person application only. phew.

So if you apply for T2 extension online, there's no need to send anything by post ?

Just phoned the UKVI, you have to make a fresh online application and book your appointment again. which means you have to cancel your appointment that was done via the standalone appointment booking function, which also mean that you have to pay the IHS again. refunds can take up to 28 working days! utterly disappointing!
