Yes, you need to book it yourself. If you have not received a combined approval/invitation letter, then you should receive a letter to book your ceremony separately with the details of who to contact. The ceremony will be at your local council unless you have specifically asked for it to be somewhere else.

so i did, and they asked about my home office reference number,

the lady on the phone said, i received your documents today and right away she booked me

she said i am gonna mail your ceremony details letter tomorrow, thats all....

As far as I know it's already included in your 1005 fee!
