should I try my luck with getting in touch with our Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) Current MSP John Pentland???!!! regarding my appeal process etc??

@Raymadosnr is quite lucky ,in my case MP didn't even bother to call them again by advising me to just wait for another month WHAT A JOKE .applied for urgent appeal and I have to wait for 2 months for just appeal review notice.
@Hafsa&adilbanday you can but it seems unless your MP is really honest in your case it does not come up with anything as tribunal first tries to discourge MP and in my case my MP just showing me lack of interest by saying me just wait and watch.
This all can I have to do unless advice by MP

My friend luck has nothing to do with it it's knowing that your MP has to use all their resources to fervour the response you need, if need be you can shame them by telling them that other MPs have been able to get responses and also it is the will of Allah

Yes ,you're quite right when Allah Almighty wills .But feeling extreme depression and helpless as my MP is acting so inhumanly whom to I blame when my destiny sets all this for me .Wish you best of luck .Here you're a source of hope.May God bless you.

Her timeline was;

My case was submitted on 19/05/15 case refused 20/08/15 appealed 26/8/15 appealed over turned 30/10/16 visa granted 23/11/15

And if im.not mistaken her visa was refused due to the Cambridge English Language test.

Correct me if i'm wrong though.

Still waiting on some sort of response from my MP with regards to what was discussed with immigration minister. Inshallah hope it is good news.

And i never had that money refunded to me. So im assuming i wont have to pay it again IF and InshaAllah WHEN the decision is overturned.

I received IHS fee refunded email yesterday after two and a half months, also my case is currently being reviewed and its been a month since my MP wrote a letter to the Director General of UK visas & Immigration but haven't got any response from him yet. I am worried now as y hv they refunded IHS fee now.

Its quite normal when your visa got refused they have to refund it sooner or later but as soon as your appeal accepted you would have requested to pay it back.So dont worry at all .

Did you receive appeal bundle yet ? Did you call tribunal or involve your MPs .After such a long time BHC must response you something otherwise talk to your local MP .

Its quite normal maybe BHC already confirmed IHS department about your refusal overturn situation before that relevant department refund you.

I have been told to pay my IHS fee for my successful appeal put I cannot do so as when i choose applying from outside the Uk it does not let me, can people please advise as if i follow tiger girls advice it will generate me a new GWF number so im not sure what to do
