Tier 2 dependent entry clearance

Post by Sanch.alex86 » Tue Nov 24, 2015 3:22 pm

Dear All,

I am the main applicant of Tier 2 general visa. My wife and myself got this visa for three years. I came to the UK on 17/10/15 but my wife stayed in Australia. She is still in Australia and her entry clearance label on her passport is valid from 14/12/15 to 13/01/16. She is not able to come during that period.

I am wondering whether she can apply for a new entry clearance to come to the UK around March 2016? If so, what type of application she should lodge and what documents she requires?

Any guidance is highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Alex
