Tier 2 (ICT-ES) to Tier 2 (General)

Hi,

I am having below Visa working with X company

ICT Long Term Extenstion 01/11/2015 - 30/10/2018
ICT Long Term Extenstion 20/12/2013 - 30/10/2015
Visa Tier2 (ICT) Established Staff ( Applied in India ) 10/11/2010 - 19/12/2013,
Limited Leave to Remain(Extension Applied in UK) 13/11/2008 - 31/12/2010,
Work Permit visa ( Applied in India ) 05/03/2007 - 31/12/2008,

Question 1 : If Y company willing to offer Job , Can i transfer or sponsor change to Y Company ?
Question 2 : If Y company willing to sponsor Tier 2 General , Then can i transfer in UK and start working or i need to apply in India ?

I am working with an employer here in the UK on Tier 2 ICT Established Staff issued before April 6 2011.
I got a opportunity with a different employer who is ready to sponsor me a Tier 2 General visa. Please can you help me understand the following -

1. Can I Switch to Tier 2 General in U.K and can continue to work after serving notice period in U.K ?

2. Can the new employer process my COS before I submit my resignation with the current employer ?

3. Do i need to wait to resign until i get Tier 2 General Visa ?

Hi,

While applying Tier 2 general Dependant visa from India , Opted for a Maintenance letter.

Does Scanned copy of Maintenance Letter from A-rated Sponsor to support dependants will be accepted by UKVI ? (or) It should be original ?

Please clarify.
