Hi
I have been working on a tier-2 general visa since last 2 years. Recently, my employer's license to grant CoS for tier-2 general visa expired which they have now renewed. I cannot find any information on what should I, the employee who has availed the CoS for 2 years now with my employer, do?
Do I need to re-apply for the tier-2 general visa with a new CoS (that my employer's renewed license would generate)? Will I need to make an application as if I have changed jobs? Can I keep working in the meanwhile? What are the timelines for getting the new visa if at all I need to re-apply?
Please help.
