Hello I m married with eea national for 3.5 years. Now things changed we want to get divorced... She is permanent residence holder and my child is British national... So my question is when I can apply for ror...do I have to get divorce first.. It takes 40 weeks I think..and when I can apply for permanent residence?? And suppose. if i get ror can I apply pr after 5 year period since my marriage??
