just a quick one

everyone here is really doing a great job, creating time to help each other. I will appreciate a quick reply to my application as i am currecting applying for PR for me (non eea) and my wife (eea national)

We are using the EEA (PR) form and we are applying together.

Can we both use the same form to apply rather than filling two seperate form?
she is still exciseing her treaty right as she has been working since 2009.

The problem is that she was both employed and self employed until 2012 when she was only self employed. we have tried to fill her tax with the TAX office but i am unable and the only way to do that is via the paper filling which takes more than 4 months.

how can i explain that to the home office?

will appreciate a reply
