Business trip on Schengan tourist visa

Hi,

I have a multiple entry Type C Schengen visa for a year. I got it issued for tourism purposes and I have travelled to some countries already this year. Now my company wants me to travel to one of the schengen countries for business purposes for 3-4 days. Do I need to apply for Schengen business visa or is the one I have got is enough?

Yes the one you have will be fine for both short business and tourism trips. I'm assuming you've already visited the country that issued the visa. The only point to keep in mind is what you may require to show the IO on port of entry. Possibly invitation letter, proof of return travel ticket, accommodation etc...
