Several question about BC

Dear All.

I have few questions related to my application for BC.

1. I had caution for common assault on Aug 2012
2. I had FPN for uninsured driving (I had my insurance but police said its not cover for the business)DEC 2012
3. I have taken IELTS - in UK 2006 - on top of that I have compared using NARIC for my degree was equavlent to C1.
4. I have got PR (EEA route) Oct14.

BASED ON THE ABOVE INFO can you please tell me when can apply for BC.

I got really confused about currnent PR for eea nationals and english language requirement.

I also passed LIUK

If you hold a 'confirmation of PR' card (and have done so for at least 12 months) then (based on your stated timeline) you could/should have applied October 2015 (at the earliest).

(I am assuming you are not married to a BC).

if you do not have a PR card then you need to apply for that 'confirmation of PR' card before contemplating shooting for citizenship.

This assumes all other requirements for citizenship can be/have been met, namely:
referees, sound mind, absences from UK within limits, proof of physical presence in UK 5 years before date you actually apply for citizenship & 'good character'.

Note Try to ensure you do not have any more legal or 'police/criminal' issues especially in the 12 months immediately before you do apply as this would put your good character in doubt.

Thanks for the quick reply, how can I prove that I was physically in UK for last 5 years, you mean any form of bills like CTax, utility etc. And also I have changed my name using deed poll, is this acceptable.

A name change is acceptable as long as you have the supporting documentary evidence, so yes, for example a deed poll.
Note: Any foreign passport will be expected to be in same name.

I was actually referring to the requirement to prove you were physically in UK on the day 5 years before you apply to naturalise.

But you are right, as an EEA national you can't rely on passport stamps to prove your presence in UK, so you need to provide various types of documents to show your residency, including a PR card.

Before my first name in passport id page like

First name : xxxxx
Surname : yyyyy

due to personal reason I have changed (they have put observation on page 3 on the passport)

First name : yyyy
Surname :xxxxxd

basically I try to say both a names are on the passport, in face again changed my name using deedpoll like same as origional

First name : xxxxx
Surname : yyyyy

this will be do the things?

Hi,

I have notice AN guide says,
If you have any endorsements on your driving licence you must access the DVLA website to download and print a summary of your record and send it with your application. Please note that a driving conviction may not be disregarded despite any penalty points being removed from your driving licence.

The most of the website says the points will stay on licence for 4 years.

I had points in Dec12, so that I need to wait another one year or I am eligible now.

since this is high cost involved I need more info.

The points were issued in road side (Dec12 driving without insurance), but I have called the court service and paid through the phone.

Simple caution for common assualt Aug12.

Hello,

Today I have submitted my application using NCS service, I have question, I had FPN with 6 points in Dec 12. I have notified this in Page 23. The person from NCS looked at that and ask me to fill that information in 3.4 Civil Penalty. My question there were no judgement made, it was issued by the police in road side and I paid the fine in next day. I asked FPN can not be treated as judgement, but they advised me it was told by Home office. I have filled everything in 3.4 and made blank in country judgement made.

Please share your experience on this or advise me its ok.

I need to update changes in my job and new passport details to home office ( Non EEA family member)
but I cant find any link for the same, I got only link for Point based immigration changes. Can some one advise me or give me the link to update the info.
