When can I apply for ILR?

Dear experts,

Kindly let me know your thoughts on when can I apply for the ILR given below timelines.

Entered UK for the interview - 4 Aug 2011
Left UK - 6th Aug 2011
Kept on applying from India and got a job
Entered UK to join a Job on 19 Sep 2011 and working since then in the UK
My current Tier 1 is valid upto Oct 2017

Should I apply for ILR on..

1. 7 July 2016 ( 28 days before 5 years of my first entry)?
3. 23 Aug 2016 ( 28 days before 5 years of my second entry)?

On what date was your Tier 1 General visa ISSUED?

It was issued on 19th November 2009 for 3 years and I entered 20 months after the issue.

To be on the safe side (I personally don't like taking risks), I would do this one

I am assuming that I can still apply 28 days before 5 year completion even if I did not enter within 90 days of Tier 1 issue. I assume this was the reason you asked for the issue date. Correct?

Correct but as you did not enter the UK within 90 days of visa issue date, it is not relevant to you.

You can apply no sooner than 28 days before meeting the 5 years qualifying period.
