Tier 2 Application - Urgent Help Required

Hi Gurus,

Please i need your help urgently. I have been assigned a cos by my employer. The COS is valid for 5 years. My questions are below,

If i want to pay only for 3 years, is this possible?

If yes, do i specify less than 3 years on length of COS?

I need this sorted out urgently.

Another user in this forum was refused Tier 2 visa because the CoS was for 5 years and he applied for 3 years visa. So be careful, I would suggest go for 5 years visa or get another CoS of 3 years.

In case you decide to apply for 5 year visa then make sure your salary matches with the experienced salary requirement for that soc code. If not, your visa may be rejected.
