How to appeal?

My HSMP was refused last week.

I would like to appeal against that (request for reconsideration).

So do I just fax them an explanatory note for the section under which I was not granted the points?

OR

Do I send all the documents (including all the originals) that I had sent them earlier?

OR

Do I just send them all the documents for the section under which I was not granted the points?

And within how much time do they get back?

As long as it is just an appeal, just send them the explanatory note. You don't need to send documents as they scan them at their end and keep it.
