Bro send an email with appeal notice to sheffield requesting update on ur review and they will reply u in a day and tell u about their decision

Cause they replied me they upheld my decision :'(

Oral hearing takes upto an year but better thn paper hearing cause In oral hearing u can explain everything in details in front of judge and make complicated things understandable for him.

I received an email today that my visa has been proceeded and it has been sent back to VAC

1st an foremost. Thats fansatic news! So shouldnt be too much longer for u now, inshAllah.

And secondly. I called MPs office, they said they shall recieve response within 21 days from day he met with imm minister.
So hoping inshallah khayr. Next week i should hear something back.

Please keep me in ur duas.

I think it is best to go for oral hearing as someone mentioned its easier to explain or put forward your arguments and reasoning.

Also your probably more likely to get results that way too.

Either way i hope ur end results will be - a visa being granted.

Your comments on this response from Home Office.

Our MP wrote a letter to the Director Genaral of Home Office on 26 Oct and received a response via email yesterday which he forwaded to us.
It states that our records indicate that an appeal has been received by the visa post on 29 October. The application will now be reviewed by an Entry Clearance Manager. Should the ECM decide to uphold the decision then all the relevant documentation will be sent to the Tribunal for processing.
The tribunal will be responsible for listing appeal hearings and they would schedule any necessary hearing at the earliest opportunity.
Please be assured that I have made the visa post aware of your interest in this case.

Just a quick update, my wife recieved phone call to collect passport, inshallah she will go tomorrow and will get visa

He can and he must as its his job to serve you, phone him or go to one of the surgeries

firstly massive congrats to Raymandosnr really happy for u, finally your wait is over!

just a little update from me...

called tribunal on 2nd December (yesterday) full of shit..
"apparently" they are working on finding dates for people who were listed for court in JUNE (not deadline june), but thats BS as people who were in the listing system before me and after me have had dates around the months Sept-Nov, today my lawyer called them...they said they are currently working on people who were listed in SEPTEMBER..thats BS too, as people from august are still waiting and i was listed 22nd SEPTEMBER 2015...

my lawyer said i will 100% get my court date letter by MARCH 2016, (i told him i want to reapply in april 2016)
however the tribunal are very unpredictable...they told one person on the phone last month that their date would be for JUNE 2016, but just yesterday she received her date it was 14th JANUARY 2016, so i guess u just never know

inshallah hope everyone is granted their visas
