Hi marupa,

I have just applied for EC on 12th Nov in Mumbai. I think you have pretty everything covered up. If you can give a covering letter, that will an added benefit. From which city will you be applying ? Also, make sure that you are carrying photocopies of all your current and past employment letters, all educational certificates, copies of Integra form as all these will be required for Integra verification purpose. I did not carry them ad had to spend almost half an hour at VFS getting copies of all these documents.

Oh and also a copy of ur VAF2 Form also.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

pdeshpande

Ok for the documents you have mentioned marupa I would just like to ask that for your sponsor documents are you planning to give copies or the originals?

- 6 months bank statements
- 6 months payslips
- 1 month utility bills
- passport copy
- letter expressing the sponsorship and accomodation

Is that you are planning to submit?

here is my sample letter

From,

To,
The Immigration Officer,
British High Commision
Chennai.
India

Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings,

I write this brief supporting letter to further support <<your name>> application for HSMP visa for her to enter the UK on HSMP.

I am a British citizen holding passport # <<passport number>> and live at the above address. I have been a close friend of <<your name>> from 1998 since we did our Master's of Computer Application in Madurai, India.

I would like to confirm that <<your name>> and her family consisting of her husband <<husbands name>> and son <<son's name>> would be staying with me at my house in <<Location>> where I stay with my husband <<Friends husbands name>> and my son <<Friends son's name>> . I would like also to state that, if necessary, I would be willing and able to support her financially if she got into such a financial predicament till she finds a suitable job and accommodation. I would like to assure the government of England that she will not become a public burden on this country or its people.

I have enclosed evidence –
A) Copy of 3 months bank statement
B) Copy of Last 3 salary statements
C) Copy of my valid passport
D) Copy of the Utility bill

I hope that my supporting letter will assist in <<your name>> HSMP visa application, and also would be grateful if you would approve request for HSMP visa application.

I trust the information I have provided is satisfactory, however if you have any queries or require additional information do not hesitate to contact me on <<Phone no>> or alternatively via email <<EMAIL ID>>.

Thanking You,

Yours Sincerely,

<<Friends Name>>

The very first instruction on VAF2 is to fill the application in balck or blue ink. So filling it with a pen should be fine.

I guess you won't get integra form to downlaod, you have to collect them from VFS Office.
