ILR

hi im new to this forum. I am due to apply for ILR on May 2008, my question is my husband is been claiming jobseekers allowance and housing benefit for the last 3 months and now hes back at work is this can affect my application of ILR since I am not working as Im looking after my baby..hope someone can give me advice on this coz its a bit worrying..

as long as you didn't apply for the benefits, because you can not receive benefits, as for your husband I guess he is british or already has ILR?

thnks for your reply. Yes I havent claim any benefits except for the tax credits which is fine coz its a joint names and yes my husband is a born british. Do we have a bigger chance to get this ILR?

no WHY would you have a better chance?
sorry I think I didnt make it clear, what I mean is is there a big chanve we can get this ILR rather failed just because my husband is claiming benefits for a couple of months...I really hope we can coz we plan to apply in person which it cost a lot of money..
