Had a response today.
My local mp will be meeting with minister of immigration with regards to my case.

Make dua guys that thiss will speed up the process and our visa will be granted.

I want to get my MP involved.. how do i go about doing so? Do i just call him.and tell him about my situation etc.. what if he says he cant do anything?

As raymandosnr said ur mp has to and will help you.
You just need to explain ur situation,reason for refusal. And any evidence to back up your point so they can put this forward to stengthen ur appeal.

Asif meant he called the tribunal for an update. You can call them on +44 300 123 1711

You need to give your details and address and the applicants name and dob. You also need you appeal reference. That's all

firstly massive congrats to Raymandosnr really happy for u, finally your wait is over!

just a little update from me...

called tribunal on 2nd December (yesterday) full of shit..
"apparently" they are working on finding dates for people who were listed for court in JUNE (not deadline june), but thats BS as people who were in the listing system before me and after me have had dates around the months Sept-Nov, today my lawyer called them...they said they are currently working on people who were listed in SEPTEMBER..thats BS too, as people from august are still waiting and i was listed 22nd SEPTEMBER 2015...

my lawyer said i will 100% get my court date letter by MARCH 2016, (i told him i want to reapply in april 2016)
however the tribunal are very unpredictable...they told one person on the phone last month that their date would be for JUNE 2016, but just yesterday she received her date it was 14th JANUARY 2016, so i guess u just never know

inshallah hope everyone is granted their visas

Bro could you please guide me what did you explain to your local MP.
As firstly I've involved him to call the tribunal for my urgent appeal but unfortunately judge just rejected it with one hour without bothering to check the evidences.
Now,I've requested my Mp to write a letter to director general of home office .Should I suppose to explain the refusal point to my local MP and send him evidences too ??
Did you send the evidences to him as well ??

I'm in extremely trouble as my family has life threats and here no body helps me even I have strong evidences.

No first meet with him/her or call them.
They will tell u what the next steps are.
They will ask u about ur situation. What the reason of refusal was. What evidence you have etc.

Call them and. U will find out.

I just spoke to my MPs assistant and she basically told me they can't do anything.. she said she will get my mp to give me a call but again she was basically trying to tell me there's nothing we can do and you just need to wait I explained that others in other cities have managed to get their mps involved and they've helped them out and she was just like I can't really say anything as we go by the law bla bla bla.. so annoyed!!!

Well I've been to my mp yesterday and it was just a waste of time and effort for me well that's what I was expecting any ways he said first of all immigration officer was right to refuse my visa cause my situation looks very fake as I got divorced and then remarried again to quickly.
All he said to me that what he can do for me is just make some enquires about my appeal date that's all I explained to him that my review deadline was on the 11 Nov he said well they're not overly late on replying to u in other words get lost and go to hell for me.

Please I beg everyone to pray for me.

So what if you got married straight after, that's your personal life, no one should be judging upon that.. you should maybe try contacting him again and say you're not happy in the way he treated you.. you vote for them hoping they help but they don't do anything! And saying they're not that late is pathetic, there's a bloody reason it's called a DEADLINE!

Well thanks a lot for your reply to my post I am not trying to gain any ones sympathy here. But believe me or not I felt so humiliated sitting in my MP office that I broke in to tears and all he said that well I can understand this is quite an emotional situation for you. He didn't bothered looking at any facts or documents from me nothing at all. He just looked at my Home Office Refusal letter and all he said is that he can try to escalate the case for me.

that's what I was expecting from that Conservative dearly beloved anyways.

@Zainykhal well I'll surely find the post and will send you the link its a long story and I am really exhausted and tired of telling many people the same story.
